05 — FAQ
Questions we are asked first
01 Are you a law firm or a regulated financial services provider?
No. Finelegy (STONEBRIDGE TECH LIMITED) is a consultancy. We are not authorised by the FCA and do not provide regulated financial services or reserved legal activities. Where regulated advice is required, we engage licensed local counsel on your behalf.
02 Can you guarantee that a licence will be granted?
No consultancy can. We prepare the application to the standard regulators expect, manage the process and respond to regulator queries, but the decision always rests with the authority.
03 Which jurisdictions do you cover?
The UK, Ireland, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, the US and Kazakhstan. If your target market is not listed, ask — we may already have a partner there.
04 How much does it cost?
Scoped projects are quoted as a fixed fee after a short discovery call. Advisory is billed hourly. Government, regulator and third-party fees are always passed through at cost.
05 Do you sell ready-made companies or licences?
No. We help you build or acquire your own structure through proper due diligence and regulatory change-of-control procedures with local counsel. We do not sell tokens, coins or "licensed companies".
06 How do we start?
Send a short description of your task to legal@finelegy.com or use the form. We reply within one business day and, if it makes sense, schedule a 30-minute call.
